Born and raised in France, Liliane has called California her home for 34 years. She has been a public health nurse for 24 years. She is now an advocate for cancer patients, providing her expertise in their care. She was on the board of a non-profit organization CAT, Community Action Team for 10 years. CAT addresses the needs of her community’s most needy families. She has experience in disaster management and volunteered for the American Red Cross. She is attaining her Master of Science in Nursing. She has strived to enrich the lives of the less fortunate.
