Ceaser has been an IT Engineer for over 12 years and is currently an IT Manager supporting local customer networks, servers, data centers, and computers. As a veteran of 14 years in the Navy, Ceaser served as a Yoeman from numerous ships with duty stations throughout the Western Pacific. He is active in his local community working with Interfaith Community Service, volunteering his time managing their IT needs and acquiring computers for their employment candidates. Ceaser has served on the board of directors of local youth baseball leagues as well as fundraising and coaching to enhance the lives of disadvantaged children through shared love of baseball.
